Interpret cases, legislation, and regulations about the law and policy of compliance and risk management in a variety of businesses.
Examine compliance and risk from a legal standpoint, which includes legal analysis, research, and written and verbal communication.
Examine the role of the Swiss legal system, particularly administrative agencies, in company or industry compliance and risk.

The Master in Legal Studies is a full-time online program delivered through a blended learning paradigm comprising of student-centered learning, tutorials, lecture, presentations, assessments, project-based assignments, and applied learning and self-directed study, designed to allow you to achieve a master's degree without putting your job on hold.

Candidates are eligible for admission by satisfying the following admissions criteria:
A bachelor’s / Undergraduate degree.
Submission and evaluation of graduate school applications including; undergraduate and masters academic transcripts, ID or passport copy, and resume.
Applicants for the MLS program are exempted from an English exam provided they completed their schooling years and/or bachelor’s program at a recognized school where the medium of teaching is English.
Once the Admission Committee reviews your application and provides a positive response, you will receive a letter of admission. After processing the payment, you will receive an email with your login credentials and access to our Learning Management System.
The Master's in Legal studies comprises Core Subjects, Elective Subjects, Research Methods, Internship Trainings in Law Firms, Dissertation, Viva Voice, Group Discussions, Seminars, and Workshops, etc. The program consists of 15 core modules, 2 Elective/Specializations modules, 4 individual enhancement or language programs, a minor project report (in 3rd sem) based on workshops, seminars, and group discussions throughout the program, and a major project report (Based on the second year 4th semester independent study during your Switzerland or abroad internship training in law firms with tutor support), which will count as an additional point of 30 credits (in the second year). Most courses are worth 4 credits and are assessed by exam, assignment, or a combination of the two. 120 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) credits are awarded to students who obtain a Master's in Legal Studies.
