Holder of a postgraduate degree in Local Development and Projects Management and also a Master's degree in Law, option : Political Science and International Relations, Mrs Alina Aimée MAHOUAGBEU OUATTARA is Senior Executive of the National Bureau of Technical Studies and Development (BNETD) where she has worked since 2010, in Côte d’Ivoire. She has held, as an Expert of the BNETD, the position of Technical Advisor in charge of Social Action and Cooperation at the State Secretary for Social Protection from December 2021 to 2022, in Côte d’Ivoire

From 2020 to 2021, she was Deputy Director of Cabinet of the ivoirian Minister of Solidarity, Social Cohesion and Poverty Alleviation after having been Technical Advisor in charge of Cooperation and Development in the same ministry from October 2018 to January 2020. She previously held the position of Deputy Head of the Strategic Coordination Cell and Focal Point of the COMCEC and the United Nations System in charge of United Nations Reform (DAO) from 2012 to 2018, at the Ivorian Ministry of Planning and Development. Mrs Alina Aimée MAHOUAGBEU OUATTARA is the author of books on the Right of Humanitarian Intervention and the States sovereignty (january 2002); on decentralized cooperation (juin 2004) and is co-author of the book on the Reform of the United Nations in Africa: "Delivering As One", published by Editions GRANDVAUX, in Paris, in May 2016. Driven by the desire to help vulnerable people and boost development, she created and currently chairs the NGO Human Development Association (HUDAS) which operates in the areas of peace, social action and sustainable development.
